These terms cover your use of ICY3D. By making an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What ICY3D does
ICY3D makes pendant textures, maps and shop icons from a word or picture you give it, using an AI image model. Results are generated, so no two are the same, and some will not come out as you hoped. ICY3D is not made by, endorsed by or connected with IMVU.
Your account
- You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy credits.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Making extra accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.
Credits
- Credits are spent when you create or derive an image. Prices are shown on the Credits page and in the studio before you spend anything.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- If a creation fails on our side, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Refunds of money are covered by the refund policy.
What you make
You own the images you make here, as far as the law allows, and you can use and sell them, including in your IMVU shop. Because the images are generated, similar results can come up for other people, so we cannot promise that yours are unique.
You are responsible for the words and pictures you put in. Only use names, logos and pictures that you own or have permission to use. Do not use ICY3D to make anything that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or that copies another brand or person.
Your library
Images stay in your library for 30 days after you last open, adjust, derive or download them, and then they are deleted. Download anything you want to keep. You can keep up to 200 images at a time.
Fair use of the service
Do not try to break, overload or get around limits on the service, or access other people's accounts or files. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account without a good reason, we will refund unused paid credits.
No guarantees
ICY3D is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will show a notice on the site before it takes effect. Using ICY3D after that means you accept the new terms.
