We want you to be happy with your credits. This is how refunds work.
Unused packs
If you have not spent any credits from a pack, you can get your money back within 14 days of buying it. Contact support@geticy3d.com with the email on your account and the pack you bought, and we will refund it to the card you paid with.
Spent credits
Credits that have been used to make images cannot be refunded as money, because each image costs us to make. Free credits given at signup or by support have no cash value.
Failed creations
If a creation or derive fails on our side, the credits go back to your balance automatically. If something went wrong and you were not refunded, open a ticket on the Help page with the image and we will look into it.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving credits, contact us and we will put it right. Refunds go back to the original card and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under consumer law where you live.
