This policy explains what we collect when you use ICY3D, why, and who else sees it. We do not sell your data, show ads or use tracking cookies.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, username and a hashed password (we cannot read your password).
- What you make: the words, pictures and instructions you enter, and the images that come back.
- Credits and purchases: your credit history and the packs you buy. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Support: tickets and replies you send us.
- Security: the IP address you signed up and last signed in from, and a log of actions on your account. We use these to stop abuse and fraud.
Who else handles it
- Google (Gemini API) receives the text and pictures you enter to make your images.
- Stripe handles payments under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare stores encrypted backups of the site and library images.
- Our email provider sends account and support emails to your address.
- Our hosting provider runs the server everything lives on.
- Google Fonts serves the type on the home page, which shares your IP address with Google.
We may also share data if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- A security cookie that protects forms from forgery.
- Small settings, such as library page size and download choices, saved in your browser.
All of these are needed for the site to work, so there is nothing to opt out of.
How long we keep it
- Library images: deleted 30 days after you last use them. Backup copies are gone within a few weeks after that.
- Account, credit history and tickets: while your account is open.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after the account is closed.
Your choices
You can delete any image from your library at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it or close your account and delete it, contact support@geticy3d.com from the email on your account. We reply within 30 days.
